In the event that you change your mind, We will refund any purchase of the original price or exchange it for another item of equal value. Shipping fees will NOT be refundable. For obvious health reasons, earrings can not be returned and therefore no refund is offered. Any custom work will NOT be refundable.

If you have to return an item, please contact us by e-mail within 30 days from purchase.  (Does not include shipping time). with your invoice date and tell us you plan to return any item and the reason why. Items returned to us must be within the 30 day return policy and in the original packaging. Please make sure that you return your invoice with the item(s). The item for return must be insured or we can not accept any responsibly for your return. You will receive a prompt refund once the item is received. If it is an exchange, your item will be shipped promptly after receipt of the returned item.
